ALS Red ILS SRS 6-section lifting tower - VMB TL-078B

VMB TL-078B is a lifting tower designed to raise heavy loads from the ground and keep them at high altitude. Its base is made from structural steel, while the lifting system consists of 6 sections in 6082-T6 aluminium alloy. Handling is assisted by 4 swivel castors at the base and 2 additional castors on the front legs. Powerful leg stabilisers allow the tower to be levelled on difficult terrain, including ground with a slight slope.

The black finish uses epoxy powder paint for high resistance. Two adjustable steel load forks support the load whether it is resting on top of the tower or suspended underneath it. VMB provides a broad range of accessories to extend the lifter’s applications. One example is the RH-4 transport kit, which tilts the tower horizontally and makes transport in vans, trucks and similar vehicles easier.

The ALS Red locks automatically secure every section during lifting. The aluminium lifting carriage also includes the ILS safety system with an inertial pendulum. VMB’s patented SRS Retaining system ensures that the tower’s aluminium sections rise in the correct order and, above all, automatically. VMB offers a 2-year warranty and keeps spare parts available for 5 years. The factory is located in Spain, where the manufacturer provides an overhaul and repair service for the lifter.
