RDM Fusion large lighting management software - MADRIX MAD-IA-SW-005053

MADRIX RADAR is lighting device management software based on the RDM (Remote Device Management) communication protocol. It was developed for maintenance and technical support on LED installations and suits entertainment, architectural and facade lighting, television studios and productions, live performances, concerts, festivals, exhibition stands, showrooms, hotels, cruise ships, service companies and rental companies.

DMX-controlled fixtures equipped with RDM communicate in two directions: they receive instructions and return feedback. Collecting device data provides additional information, insights and control options. RADAR brings these data together in one environment for supervising lighting fixtures and managing a large number of RDM devices automatically and efficiently.

The software expands the available working possibilities for operators and their customers, changing the configuration and maintenance workflow. It includes fully automatic device patching and monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, automatic e-mail notifications and further functions.

Specifications:

• Settings can be configured remotely, while results can be reviewed quickly in clear graphical overviews.
• Configuration and maintenance procedures become faster, simpler and more cost-effective.
• A database can be created from previous sensor data, making it possible to track device parameters such as temperature and operating hours over time.
• Devices that may fail soon can be replaced before failure occurs, making maintenance costs more predictable through effective advance planning.
• Remote access allows RDM devices to be configured from a computer instead of being reached directly on trusses, ceilings or facades, avoiding potentially dangerous situations.
• Simplified addressing removes the complicated manual setup required before mounting. After installation, settings such as the DMX address can also be changed freely.
• Fast workflows dramatically reduce the time needed to configure a large number of devices.
• The integrated search function allows settings to be changed on one device or on several selected items at the same time.
• Dragging fixtures into the correct sequence automatically links all fixtures in one DMX universe or across the complete address range, making DMX address assignment quick.
• Highlight mode identifies the physical devices during installation by flashing them fully on white.
• The same function helps check whether fixtures respond correctly to DMX commands and whether luminaires are correctly addressed in series.
• Continuous monitoring is provided for 365 days per year, 7 days per week and 24 hours per day.
