Briteq BT-NODE 283 is an Ethernet node that converts ArtNet and sACN into DMX512 signals, making multi-universe distribution possible in complex lighting systems. Its eight DMX ports can each be set as an input or an output, supporting multi-zone distribution, console merging, automatic backup and RDM integration.

Settings can be made through a web interface or locally on the unit using the graphic LCD display and rotary encoder. DHCP support, predefined and custom presets, plus IP merge, provide an intuitive way to combine multiple universes. LTP and HTP modes are also available.

The reinforced 19" 1U chassis is fitted with 5-pin XLR connectors. Its powerCON supply operates from 100 - 240 V AC and includes input and output connections for daisy-chaining. Automatic Ethernet bypass preserves network continuity if the unit is switched off or experiences a fault.
