Art-Net node LUNA 8, 8 DMX-OUT, 1 DMX-IN, 19" rack - MADRIX MAD-IA-HW-001008

MADRIX LUNA 8 is a dependable, easy-to-use network node: an Art-Net Node / USB 2.0 DMX-512 interface for 19" rack mounting, with 8 x DMX-OUT and 1 x DMX-IN. Developed and made in Germany, it carries DMX-512 data over short or long runs via Ethernet or USB. Sync mode is intended to keep lighting effects looking their best on LEDs.

The unit converts Art-Net data from the Ethernet network to DMX-512. Small and large projects alike gain from reliable data distribution and efficient operation. Female 5-pin XLR ports output the same number of DMX universes per device; one male 5-pin XLR port serves DMX input. Several units can run together for bigger setups.

MADRIX software and hardware synchronize Art-Net data across all outputs and across multiple devices for an optimal LED image without visual breaks. LUNA 8 meets official Art-Net specifications and works as a standard Art-Net unit with other consoles, controllers, or software solutions. A fanless, quiet, low-energy design pairs with a durable metal case and Neutrik connectors. Two premounted brackets enable rack mounting; 5 indicators show device status. The unit is ready within seconds after startup. HTP merging is automatically available for two Art-Net sources. Firmware is upgradable. Device-specific settings are accessed and changed via the built-in web configuration page.
