The Evolite Diamond 1940z IP set contains two identical motorised moving heads, each fitted with 19 × 40 W Osram RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs, plus a dedicated flight case that simplifies transport and protects both units while travelling. The system combines Wash, Beam and Bee Eye effects with independent Pixel Control for every LED, preset colour macros and graphic effects for dynamic animations and complex sequences. Osram LEDs provide the durability and reliability stated for the product. Ultra-clear optics and an adjustable motorised zoom from 3.5° to 48° produce precise beams as well as wide Wash output with smooth transitions.

The IP65 construction supports use in temporary outdoor installations. Pan rotation is 540°, with 2.11° per-step accuracy and 0.008° fine-tuning; Tilt rotation is 270°, with 0.86° per-step accuracy and 0.0034° fine-tuning. Automatic position correction keeps movement consistent. Each unit provides full-range dimming with 65,536 levels, a 1–25 Hz strobe, high luminous flux, a very fast motorised zoom and temperature-controlled forced ventilation that is extremely quiet, supporting silent operation and long equipment life.

Control modes include automatic, sound, Master/Slave, manual and DMX512 operation. There are 7 DMX modes with 21, 23, 35, 78, 92, 97 and 99 channels. The automatic programmes are dynamic and varied, while the 1.8" TFT display handles settings. Power is connected through IP65 TrueOne input and output connectors; DMX uses IP65 3-pin and 5-pin XLR connectors, maintaining compatibility and safety in difficult environmental conditions.

The set is suited to concerts and tours, festivals and major events, theatre performances, audiovisual and TV productions, temporary outdoor installations, professional clubs and venues, DJ sets and live performances. The housing combines die-cast aluminium with black fire-retardant carbon fibre. Power consumption is 800 W, and the supply voltage is 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. Maximum daisy-chain length is 5 units at 240 V/50 Hz or 3 units at 100 V/60 Hz. Each moving head measures 34.1 × 25 × 46.3 mm and weighs 14 kg. The package contains 2 units in the dedicated flight case.
